Naturally gifted, Ranjit excelled at art from a young age and was successful at GCSE Art and Graphic Design. However, his passion for medicine took him on a journey that meant he would learn a new art and establish a career as a Doctor.

Although medicine took precedent, his passion for a pencil and paintbrush remained and flourished. Wildlife and nature are his favourite means for depicting emotion and creating meaningful connections with the viewer. Intertwining his experiences of human interactions and sentiment with his own realistic approach in pastels or oil paints, Ranjit creates dynamic, contrasting imagery to capture the mind and evoke the soul.
